We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Paypal and Revolut. For payments via Revolut, you will receive payment instructions via email. Orders will only be processed when payments are received.

If you wish to cancel the order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours at contact@rainbownco.com. Otherwise there is a possibility the order gets to be processed and shipped. For products with personalised customisation, we are unable to cancel the order once the item has been processed.

Please refer to our "Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy" for details. Note that for safety and hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns of face masks if the seals have been broken. In addition, we are unable to accept product returns of items that involved personalised customisation such as monograms, unless the products sent to you were defective.

Please contact us immediately at rainbowandco43@gmail.com should you wish to change the delivery address. We may be able to update the delivery address if the shipment has not been processed.

Delivery is free within a 3km radius covering San Gwann, St. Julian's, Sliema, Pembroke, Swieqi, Ibragg, Madliena, Gharghur and Naxxar. For order total €25 and above, delivery is also free within Malta and Gozo.

We currently ship to Malta and all countries within the EU - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Outside the EU, we currently ship to Singapore. We offer FREE delivery for orders above certain amounts; otherwise our deliveries are charged at a flat-rate fee as follows: €3 within Malta (or FREE for order total €25 and above); €8 for all other EU countries (or FREE for order total €55 and above); or €9.50 for Singapore (or FREE for order total €65 and above). Delivery in Malta - All our handcrafted products are made to order and ship within 2-5 days after receipt of order, depending on extent of bespoke requirements. Curated products are shipped the next business day. Local delivery takes 1-2 days after product is ready for delivery. We partner with MaltaPost for local delivery via registered mail to ensure that we can trace and track your shipments, and obtain signature proof of receipt. Delivery in EU - All our handcrafted products are made to order and ship within 2-5 days after receipt of order, depending on extent of bespoke requirements. Curated products are shipped the next business day. Delivery within the EU is estimated to take 10-14 days, although shipment may be delayed due to Covid-19 related freight delays. We partner with MaltaPost for EU delivery via registered mail to ensure that we can trace and track your shipments, and obtain signature proof of receipt.

Please note that if taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, it will be your responsibility to cover these fees for shipping to proceed. Parcels that arrive at their international destinations are subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause a delay in the original estimated delivery timeframe.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the link to show any information. The tracking link may not update immediately but the package is still on its way once it has left our premises. For deliveries within Malta, please contact us at contact@rainwbownco.com or by filling in the contact form on our website if you have not received your shipment within 3 days of the tracking link being sent to you. For deliveries within the EU, please contact us at contact@rainwbownco.com or by filling in the contact form on our website if you have not received your shipment within 30 days of the tracking link being sent to you.

Our face masks are intentionally designed with a filter pocket so you can insert a PM2.5 filter for added protection. Each mask you purchase from us comes with a PM2.5 filter. Depending on usage, it is recommended that each filter is not used for more than approximately 12 hours. PM2.5 is an ISO standard referring to tiny airborne particulate matter that are the less than 2.5 microns (0.0025mm) wide – or 3% the size of human hair. A PM2.5 filter is designed to filter airborne particulate matter smaller than 2.5 microns. ISO describes the efficiency of such filters to be capable of filtering particle sizes in the range of 0.3 microns to 2.5 microns. You can learn more about PM2.5 filters at: https://bit.ly/3z0FUdq All our masks are fitted with a bendable nose bridge made up of plastic covered soft, flexible wires and adjustable elastic bands (optional).

Adult face mask measures approximately 15cm (H) x 21cm (W). Elastic band measures approximately 7cm in diameter; adjustable elastic bands adds approximately 2cm length. Kids face mask measures approximately 12cm (H) x 19cm (W). Elastic band measures approximately 6cm in diameter; adjustable elastic bands adds approximately 2cm length. The measurements above are similar to disposable face masks.

We presently offer the following options to personalise your reusable face masks: 1. Size - We can tailor the masks to size up or down. 2. Fabric - Depending on the occasion, we can tailor custom-made masks to suit your outfit. 3. Monogram - You can opt to include a classic monogram on your face masks, of up to 5 alphanumeric characters, per mask. Monograms are placed on the left cheek by default or you can request for the monograms to be positioned differently. 4. Elastic band - We offer a choice of elastic bands in white or black colours, and in adjustable or non-adjustable forms (with soft silicone cord stoppers). Customisation and/or add-ons (except for choice of elastic band colours) are subject to extra charges. Please send us an email us using the contact form so we can discuss your needs.

Our scrunchies come in 3 sizes, however since each scrunchie is made by hand, there may be slight variation in the measurements: 1. Statement - This is our largest-sized scrunchie for a bold statement look and measures approximately 20-22cm in diameter. 2. Classic - This is our standard-sized scrunchie and measures approximately 12-14cm in diameter. 3. Kids/Bunny Ears - Scrunchies for the little ones measure approximately 10-12cm in diameter.

Face masks - All our face masks are made in cotton and/or linen fabrics so they are machine washable. We recommend that the face masks are folded in half and placed in a laundry net before machine wash on gentle cycle at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Face masks can be ironed on medium heat, avoiding the nose bridge and elastic band which may be sensitive to heat. Scrunchies - Our scrunchies are made from a variety of fabrics such as satin, crepe satin, velvet, linen and cotton. 1. Washing - For satin, crepe satin, bubbly georgette and velvet scrunchies, we recommend that these are hand washed or machine washed on gentle cycle at maximum of 30 degrees. For velvet scrunchies, these should be washed with like fabrics to prevent 'fluffing'. Linen and cotton scrunchies can be machine washed on gentle cycle at 30 degrees. 2. Drying - All our scrunchies should be laid flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. 3. Ironing - Do not iron satin or crepe satin scrunchies directly; cover the scrunchies with a piece of ironing fabric/material before ironing on low heat. Bubbly georgette and crepe scrunchies can be ironed on low heat. Linen and cotton scrunchies can be ironed directly on medium heat. Do not iron velvet scrunchies.
