Shipping, Returns and Exchange Policy

Shipping

Delivery to Malta and Gozo

 

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of €3.00 within Malta and Gozo using MaltaPost's registered mailing system. This enables us to track your package and ensure your products are delivered safely to you. For orders above €20, delivery is FREE.

Delivery to EU countries 

​

We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of €10.00 using MaltaPost's registered mailing system.  This enables us to track your package and ensure your products are delivered safely to you. For orders above €75, delivery is FREE. 

​

We currently ship to these EU countries : Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Delivery to Other Countries

 

Please contact us using the contact form if you wish to order from outside the EU.

Curbside pick-up

 

We offer curbside pick-ups for urgent orders at our location in Swieqi. You will receive a notification via email and/or text message with the pickup address when your order is ready. 

Returns & Exchange

Returns

​

We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our products. If you are not entirely happy with our products, however, please follow these steps:

​

1. Email us using the contact form or at rainbowandco43@gmail.com no later than 7 days after the receipt of items specifying the order no, details of the products you wish to return, and the reasons for exchange. You may wish to attach images of the product issue, if relevant. 

​

2. We will provide you with instruction where you can return your order. Please pack and seal the products carefully and return the items using traceable shipping/delivery methods to reach us no later than the following:

​

  • For orders delivered in Malta: 14 days from receipt date; or

  • For orders delivered in other EU countries: 30 days from receipt date

​

All returns/exchanges must be returned within the timeframes specified above from the day you have received your order.

​

3. Customers are responsible for shipment costs of returning the products. We do not cover the shipment costs for product returns, unless items received were defective  (e.g. torn, damaged), incorrectly sent to you (e.g. wrong product items) or did not meet bespoke order specifications (e.g. wrong monogram detail).

​

4. Customers are to ensure that return shipments to us are traceable. Please send us the tracking number as soon as the product is shipped so we can look out for your shipment. In any case, RAINBOW+Co will not be held responsible for any items lost in transit. 

​

Products returned to us for exchange must be in their original condition and packaging, including any hang tags, product labels and/or accessories. Used or worn products will NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges. Restocking fee may apply if the product returned is not in salable condition and in original packaging.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to Covid-19, we regret that the sale of face masks is considered FINAL and thus non-returnable, unless items were defective (e.g. torn, damaged), incorrectly sent to you (e.g. wrong product items) or did not meet bespoke order specifications (e.g. wrong monogram detail). For hygiene reasons, all our face masks are safety sealed. If the seal is broken, we will not be able to process any refunds or returns.

All returned products will be subjected to quarantine.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
​

Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of your returns being accepted. If you have not received a refund within this period, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at rainbowandco43@gmail.com.

The credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit should appear on your next statement. Refunds are generally processed within 7 days of your returns being accepted. Once the return process is completed, you will receive an email with a confirmation.

Exchanges 

​

Please follow these instructions for exchanges:

Once products are received, we will contact you to notify whether the product exchanges are accepted. Subsequent shipment of product exchanges are subject to the flat-rate delivery fee, unless the product exchange was caused by an error on our part, in which case the delivery fee will be free.

All returned products for exchanges will be subjected to appropriate quarantine.
